Οι απόγονοι αυτών που εξόντωσαν μια γενιά στην πείνα του ’41, στα σκοπευτήρια και τα μπλόκα, στα καμένα χωριά, αυτοί που λεηλάτησαν για τρία χρόνια την χώρα μας. Αυτοί που έχτισαν την οικονομία τους με τον ιδρώτα των πατεράδων μας στα χυτήρια και τις φάμπρικες τους. Αυτοί που μας πουλάν υποβρύχια που γέρνουν, τανκς που ραγίζουν, C4I που δεν δουλεύουν, κι όταν διαμαρτυρόμαστε κλείνουν τα Ναυπηγεία Ελευσίνας και πετούν χιλιάδες εργαζόμενους στο δρόμο. Αυτοί μας αποκαλούν διεφθαρμένους όταν πίσω από κάθε σκάνδαλο (όπως αυτό της ΖΙΜΕΝΣ) θα βρεις μια γερμανική φίρμα, πίσω από κάθε αποικιακή σύμβαση (αεροδρόμια, διόδια κ.λπ.) κάποιο γερμανικό όνομα θα παίζει, όταν στις γερμανικές αλυσίδες λιανικής οι τιμές είναι διπλάσιες απ’ ότι για τα ίδια προϊόντα στη Γερμανία.

Το περιοδικό Άρδην και η εφημερίδα Ρήξη πραγματοποιούν παράσταση διαμαρτυρίας έξω από τη Γερμανική Πρεσβεία (Καραολή & Δημητρίου 3, πίσω από τη βρετανική πρεσβεία), τηνΠαρασκευή 27/02/10, στις 6:30 μ.μ. ως ελάχιστη απάντηση στο κύμα της συκοφαντίας που έχουν εξαπολύσει τα αφεντικά της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.

O ωραίος Ούγος του Καράκας στηρίζεται στον ώμο του Διοικητή Ραμίρο Βάλντες Μενέντεζ, μπρος στο μνήμα του Σιμόν Μπολίβαρ, του Ωραίου Έλληνα. Στα πόδια του Σιμόν, εκεί στο Καράκας, η σημαία της Κούβας φτιαγμένη από λουλούδια. Η επανάσταση της Κούβας έγινε 50 χρονών. Η Επανάσταση είναι το λίπασμα για όλα, λέει ο πατέρας μας Μπολίβαρ. Δάκρυσα μπρος στο εικόνισμα αυτό. Και το έκλεψα. Ας με συγχωρέσουν οι EPA/PRENSA MIRAFLORES που τους ανήκει η αιτία της συγκίνησής μου.

Bush seemed happy to have Lula sitting to his right during dinner on Friday. On the other hand, Hu Jintao, whom he respects for the enormous market in his country, the capacity to produce consumer goods at low cost and the volume of his reserves in US dollars and bonds was sitting to his left. Medvedev, whom he offends with the threat of locating strategic radars and missiles not far from Moscow, was assigned a seat rather distant from the White House host. The King of Saudi Arabia, a country that in a near future will produce 15 million tons of light oil at highly competitive prices was also sitting at his left, at Hu’s side. Meanwhile, Gordon Brown, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and his most faithful ally in Europe, could not be seen close to him in the pictures. Nicolas Sarkozy, who is rather disappointed at the present architecture of the financial order, was far from him looking embittered. The President of the Spanish Government, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, a victim of Bush’s personal resentment attending the conclave in Washington, I could not even see in the television images of the dinner. That’s how those attending the banquet were sitting. Anyone would have thought that the following day there would be a profound debate on the thorny issue. On Saturday morning, the press agencies were reporting on the program that would unfold at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C. Every second was covered. There would be an analysis of the current crisis and the actions to be taken. It would start at 11:30 a.m. local time. First, there would be a photo op, or “family picture” as Bush called it, and twenty minutes later the first plenary session would start followed by a another one in the second half of the day. Everything was strictly planned, even the fine sanitary services. The speeches and analysis would last approximately three hours and 30 minutes. Lunch would be at 3:25 local time, immediately followed by the final declaration at 5:05. One hour later, at 6:05, Bush would be leaving for Camp David to rest, have dinner and have a pleasant sleep. Those following the event were impatient to see the day going by and trying to know how the problems of the earth and the human specie would be dealt with in such a short time. A final declaration had been announced. The fact is that the Summit’s final declaration was worked out by previously chosen economic advisors, very much in line with neoliberal ideas, while Bush in his statements prior to the summit and after its conclusion claimed more power and more money for the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and other world institutions under strict control of the United States and its closest allies. That country had decided to inject 700 billion dollars to bailout its banks and multinational corporations. Europe had offered an identical or even higher figure. Japan, its strongest pillar in Asia, has promised a 100 billion dollars contribution. In the case of the People’s Republic of China, which is developing increasing and convenient relations with Latin American countries, they are expecting another contribution of 100 billion dollars from its reserves. Where would so many dollars, euros and pound sterlings come from if not from the deep indebtedness of new generations? How can the structure of the new world economy be built on paper money, which is what is really circulating in the short run, when the country issuing it is suffering from an enormous fiscal deficit? Would it be worthwhile traveling by air to a place on the planet named Washington to meet with a President with only 60 more days left in government and signing a document previously designed to be adopted at the Washington Museum? Could the US radio, TV and press be right not to pay special attention to this old imperialist game in the much-trumpeted meeting? What is really incredible is the final declaration adopted by consensus in the conclave. It is obviously the participants’ full acceptance of Bush’s demands made before and during the summit. Some of the attending countries had no choice but to adopt it; in their desperate struggle for development, they did not want to be isolated from the richest and most powerful and their financial institutions, which are the majority in the G20. Bush was really euphoric as he spoke. He used demagogic phrases which mirror the final declaration. He said: “The first decision I had to make was who was coming to the meeting. And obviously I decided that we ought to have the G20 nations, as opposed to the G8 or the G13. But once you make the decision to have the G20 then the fundamental question is, with that many nations, from six different continents, who all represent different stages of economic development, would I be possible to reach agreements, and not only agreements, would I be possible to reach agreements that were substantive? And I’m pleased to report the answer to that question was, absolutely.” “The United States has taken some extraordinary measures. Those of you who have followed my career know that I’m a free market person –until you are told that if you don’t take decisive measures then it’s conceivable that our country could go into a depression greater than the Great Depression.” “[…] we just started on the $700 billion fund to start getting money out to our banks.” “[…] we all understand the need to work on pro-growth economic policies.” “Transparency is very important so that investors and regulators are able to know the truth.” The rest of what Bush said goes more or less along this line. The final declaration of the summit, which takes half an hour to read in public due to its length, is clearly defined in a number of selected paragraphs: “We, the leaders of the G20 have held a first meeting in Washington, on November 15, in the light of serious challenges to the world economy and financial markets…” “[…] we should lay the foundations for a reform that will make this global crisis less likely to happen again in the future. Our work should be guided by the principles of the free market, free trade and investment….” “[…] the market players sought to obtain more benefits failing to make an adequate assessment of the risks and they failed…” “The authorities, regulators and supervisors from some developed nations did not realize or adequately warned about the risks created in the financial markets…” “…insufficient and poorly coordinated macroeconomic policies as well as inadequate structure reforms, led to an unsustainable macroeconomic global result.” “Many emerging economies, which have helped sustain the world economy, are increasingly suffering from the world brakes.” “We note the important role of the IMF in response to the crisis; we salute the new short-term liquidity mechanism and urge the constant reviewing of its instruments to ensure flexibility.” “We shall encourage the World Bank and other multilateral developing banks to use their full capacity in support of their agenda for assistance…” “We will make sure that the IMF, the World Bank and other multilateral developing banks have the necessary resources to continue playing their role in the solution of the crisis.” “We shall exercise a strong monitoring of the credit agencies through the development of an international code of conduct.” “We pledge to protect the integrity of the world financial markets by reinforcing protection to the investor and the consumer.” “We are determined to advance in the reform of the Bretton Woods institutions so that they reflect the changes in the world economy to increase their legitimacy and effectiveness.” “We shall meet again on April 30, 2009, to examine the implementation of the principles and decisions made today.” “We concede that these reforms will only be successful if they are based on a serious commitment to the principles of free market, including the rule of law, respect for private property, free trade and investment, efficient and competitive markets and effectively regulated financial systems.” “We shall refrain from erecting new barriers to investment and trade in goods and services.” “We are aware of the impact of the current crisis on the developing nations, especially on those most vulnerable.” “We are certain that as we advance through cooperation, collaboration and multilateralism we will overcome the challenges and restore stability and prosperity to the world economy.” This technocratic language is beyond grasp of the masses. The empire is treated courteously; its abusive methods are not criticized. The IMF, the World Bank and the multilateral credit organizations are praised despite the fact that they generate debts, enormous bureaucratic expenses and investments while supplying raw materials to the large multinationals which are also responsible for the crisis. This goes on like that until the last paragraph. It’s a boring declaration full of the usual rhetoric. It doesn’t say anything. It was signed by Bush, the champion of neoliberalism, the man responsible for genocidal wars and massacres, who has invested in his bloody adventures all the money that would have sufficed to change the economic face of the world. The document does not have a word on the absurd policy promoted by the United States of turning food into fuel; or the unequal exchange of which the Third World countries are victims; or about the useless arms race, the production and trade of weapons, the breakup of the ecological balance and the extremely serious threats to peace that bring the world to the brink of annihilation. Only a short four-word phrase in the long document mentions the need “to face climate change.” The declaration reflects the demand of the countries attending the conclave to meet again in April 2009, in the United Kingdom, Japan or any other country that meets the necessary requirements –nobody knows which- to examine the situation of the world finances, dreaming that the cyclical crisis with their dramatic consequences never happen again. Now is the time for the theoreticians from the left and the right to offer their passionate or dispassionate criteria on the document. From my point of view, the privileges of the empire were not even touched upon. Having the necessary patience to read it completely, one can see that is simply a pious appeal to the ethic of the most powerful country on earth, both technologically and militarily, in the era of economic globalization; it’s like begging the wolf not to eat up little red riding hood. translated from the Spanish

BBC Top Gear presenter and Sun newspaper columnist Jeremy Clarkson
saved millions of innocent British tourists from holiday hell by
alerting them to the fact that Greek women have moustaches and Greece
is a toilet.

Mr Clarkson was flushed with patriotic fervour as he plopped a
devilishly foul little nugget of wise-ass wisdom on page eleven in the
paper’s 8 November edition, gleefully taking the piss out of a new and
dangerously deceptive campaign promoting Greek tourism.

Shockingly, as evidenced by the ‘yachgate’ affair that a few weeks ago
rocked the UK establishment, many distinguished members of British
society have fallen prey to Greece’s duplicitous charms and spent a
considerable part of their summer there.

Among these are Sun owner Rupert Murdoch and Sun editor Rebekah Wade,
as well as prominent politicians and businessmen, such as Business
Secretary Peter Mandelson, Conservative leader David Cameron, shadow
chancellor George Osborne and banking heir Nat Rothschild.

They are all grateful to Mr Clarkson for making it clear to them that
someone had pulled the wool over their eyes.

Surely, somewhere, somehow this person was a seedy Russian, most
likely one of the Oligarchic persuasion.

Incidentally, Greek wool is coarser, oilier, darker and less sweetly
scented than English, Welsh and Scottish Wool.

There is no consensus as to whether Northern-Irish wool officially can
be classified as worthy of UK status.

Mr Clarkson’s heroic feat rests on his astute powers of observation
and a mind that constantly seeks to root out injustice, to the benefit
and glory of the credit-crunched British consumer.

“My eye was caught this week by an advertising hoarding at the side of
the road. It was from the Greek tourist board urging us all to take
our summer holiday in Greece this year,” wrote Mr Clarkson in last
Saturday’s Sun.

The image of a beautiful woman enjoying the sun from the deck of a
luxury boat, under azure skies, was not enough to tickle Mr Clarkson’s
tight blue-jeaned fancy nor cloud his well-documented moral
steadfastness in matters of the flesh.

He became immediately aware of the harmful consequences this
fraudulent picture could have on the lives of millions of British
holidaymakers in the not-too-distant future.

As an Englishman he knew it was his duty to protect his fellow
countrymen from making the irreparable error of visiting Greece in the
summer of 2009.

So he bravely began his attack by pointing out that the scantily clad
model did not look “all that Greek” because “she did not have a
moustache for instance”.

Mr Clarkson’s remarkable reasoning resonated in a text of splendid
brevity, reminiscent of the work of the ancient Greek philosopher
Heracleitus.

From a single dialectical construction relating to the hairy growth
one allegedly encounters on the not-so-stiff upper lips of Greek
women, Clarkson concluded that Greece is a toilet.

What he selflessly and humbly refrained from mentioning in his column
was that at the moment of this revelation, he was fighting off another
chronic attack of yobbish grumpiness, aggravated by again being stuck
in traffic with nothing better to do than ogle billboards.

His only consolation was that by keeping the car’s engine running, it
would consume even more fuel than usual, thereby enraging pinko
environmentalists.

For more than a decade, such zealots have incessantly prosecuted Mr
Clarkson for his religious beliefs in the Holy Trinity of Diesel,
Unleaded and Nitro.

In the hope of raising money for charity, Mr Clarkson also seized the
opportunity to squeeze out several newspaper columns, book chapters
and televised sketches from this simple incident.

All he had to do was look out of his car window.

Mr Clarkson’s favourite charity is called Puffy-Haired Lanky Lads.

However, this series of noble actions sparked an unexpected row among
the Greek community, here and abroad.

Many Greeks failed to understand Mr Clarkson’s inspired efforts to
protect the gullible British tourist and they duly protested in a
humourless and rather uncivilised manner, keeping in character with
the Greek stereotype.

Some even implied that Mr Clarkson was wrong in his views and threw
racial slurs at a man who follows in the tradition of Isaac Newton,
albeit when too heavy an apple fell on his head.

John Kaponi, editor of the London Daily News website, which is based
in England, said Clarkson’s article was “racist and insensitive” and
went so far as to report the Sun to the Press Complaints Commission
(PCC).

A high-ranking official at the UK press watchdog, who chose to remain
anonymous for reasons of official secrecy, said: “Mr Kaponi should
hold his Greek pony before it turns into a Trojan horse for those who
favour a muzzled press”.

He also said the PCC would have “no choice” but to set Daily Mail
editor Paul Dacre on Mr Kaponi to “set him straight but in a nice
way”.

“We have no tolerance for Nazi-inspired thinking,” said the PCC spokesperson.

North London chippie owner Smelios Salmonellopoulos made caustic
remarks and said he would raise a big stink: “He say Greece izza
toilet? Well, ‘e should know, ’cause he’s a little sheet! He say
Greece izza toilet ’cause he’s an’ ol’ fart!”

Mr Salmonellopoulos added that he would be naming a new dish after Mr
Clarkson. It consists of reheated, flaky and tasteless white residue,
served with lashings of HP sauce.

Not all UK-based Greeks were as explicitly and inexplicably critical.

A Greek woman by the name of Pandora writing in the Independent
newspaper gave a balanced account of fact and opinion but in the end
could not restrain herself from blatantly propagandising the Greek
tourism minister’s imminent visit to London.

She described the event as “delightful”.

The Foreign Office could not be reached for comment as to the possible
diplomatic implications of Mr Clarkson’s article for Greece-UK
relations.

All FO staff have been evacuated ever since the outbreak of the South
Ossetia conflict because of an implosive plumbing problem in the
building.

From the Greek side, a quasi-diplomatic source who in the past was
close to the Greek Embassy in Pakistan, said: “As a Greek, I know
fully well that my country is far from perfect and quite a few Greek
women do have moustaches – some of them even have beards!”

He preferred to remain anonymous, trying to ape the behaviour of
high-ranking UK officials.

Greek shipping magnate and Greek business community leader Stelios
Lotofoilopoulos, said: “We can take criticism and love a good joke. It
was my friend Taki who coined the phrase ‘the olive republic’ when he
wrote about Greece in the Times and the Spectator. But ‘toilet’ is a
bit rich.”

“Maybe that is all binge-drinking tourists like Mr Clarkson get to see
when they come to Greece. He should ask his boos Rupert Murdoch why he
came to the Greek island of Santorini last summer.”

As for Mr Clarkson’s remarks about Greek women, Mr Lotofoilopoulos
said: “He appears to be an expert on moustachioed Greek women. Does he
finds such women in his bed when he wakes up after a night of
binge-drinking?”

“I hate to sound sexist but women with moustaches just wouldn’t get
invited on my yacht. So the image the Greek tourism board used is an
authentic reflection of Greece.

“Greece is a small country and it may not build too many boats. But we
Greeks do own quite a few ships – and boats,” said Mr Lotofoilopoulos.

Pavlos Markou, a Greek engineering student at London’s Imperial
College said: “I just love Top Gear. Jeremy Clarkson’s great. But he
should stick to cars. Or Greek drivers. We’re shit in that respect.
And yeah, we burn our forests and build cement house everywhere.”

“But, you know, it’s not the first time Jeremy says bad things about Greeks.

“I was watching some reruns on Dave the other night. Old stuff.
Clarkson had a mullet. You know? And he was ranting about Greek men,
how they steal English women from their English boyfriends. Is that
what happened to him? Is that why he’s so bitter?”

According to Maudsley Hospital psychiatrist Dr Rodney Donberton, the
truth seems to run deeper than is apparent.

He said: “In his article, the first thing Jeremy Clarkson notices
about the advertising hoarding is that ‘it showed a boat that
definitely wasn’t made in Greece.’”

“Only then does he mention the woman in the foreground. It’s as if he
hasn’t seen her. He then talks about what she isn’t, not what she is.

“He has before him a beautiful and sexy woman and all he can think of
is women with moustaches and where the boat was made. In the end he
mentions a toilet. I find it all slightly worrying.

“Many men who experience erectile dysfunction due to prostate problems
also have a tendency to become constipated.

“The toilet becomes a symbol of unconsummated sexual desire, the
yearning to be able to perform, overcome the blockage. I hope it is
not the case for Jeremy Clarkson.”

Οι εργαζόμενοι στα μέσα αυτά κακολογούνται, συκοφαντούνται και δέχονται επιθέσεις, με το πιπίλισμα του περίφημου αριθμού “218″, που υποτίθεται ότι είναι ο αριθμός των εργαζομένων στον Α984. Ο αριθμός αυτός προκύπτει προσμετρώντας τους εργαζόμενους στον Α984, τους εργαζόμενους στο πρόγραμμα AIR 104.4 που παράγει εκπομπές σε δεκατρείς (13) γλώσσες, τους εργαζόμενους στο πόρταλ των δύο ραδιοφώνων και, πολύ πιθανά, έναν άγνωστο αριθμό αργόμισθων, που, ωστόσο, δεν μπορεί και δεν πρέπει να συνδέεται με όσους δουλεύουν σκληρά για την αντικειμενική ενημέρωση των Αθηναίων και των μεταναστών. Οι ίδιοι οι εργαζόμενοι ζητούσαν και ζητούν να δοθούν στη δημοσιότητα ονόματα συνεργατών και αμοιβές, για να ξέρουν όλοι που πάει το δημοτικό χρήμα. Οι παρόντες στον αγώνα για σωστή ενημέρωση δεν είναι αυτοί που κρύβονται πίσω από τα περί “απορρήτου” και “προσωπικών δεδομένων”. Όσο για το άλλο περίφημο επιχείρημα, αυτό των ακροαματικοτήτων, τίθεται εκ του πονηρού για όλα τα δημόσια ΜΜΕ. Όσοι κατανοούν την υπηρεσία που προσφέρουν οι διακριτές φωνές στην (άμεση ή έμμεση) δημοκρατική διαδικασία, δεν παρασύρονται.

Οι εργαζόμενοι στον Α984 οπως και οι εργαζόμενοι σε όλα τα δημοτικά ΜΜΕ, χρειάζονται την υποστήριξη πολιτών και συναδέλφων.

Επί τη επετείω: Δύο ανέκδοτες έως τώρα επιστολές προς τον Πρύτανι του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, σταλμένες το 1941 και αφορούσες τους ήρωες του Αλβανικού Έπους, που επιστρέφουν στην κατεχόμενη Αθήνα. Ευχαριστώ το φίλο που τις έβγαλε για χάρη μας από το προσωπικό του αρχείο. Ευχαριστώ, εισέτι μίαν, και εκείνους όλους για την αξιοπρέπεια, το ήθος, το μάθημα.

Κύριε Πρύτανι

Έχω την τιμήν να θέσω υπ’ όψιν υμών τα εξής.

Ο διεξαχθείς εν Αλβανία αγών ήτο τραχύς, τραχύτατος· ήτο ίσως ο τραχύτερος αγών της φυλής μας από της εμφανίσεώς της. Απετέλει πράγματι προσπάθειαν υπεράνθρωπον εις την οποίαν σας ομολογώ ειλικρινώς ότι η φυλή ανταπεκρίθη.

Χωρίς καθόλου να παραγνωρίζω την υφ” ολοκλήρου του έθνους καταβληθείσαν προσπάθειαν κατά τον άνω αγώνα με τη συνείδησιν καθαράν, την οποίαν εθελοντικώς δεν παραβιάζω ούτε δι” αυτόν τον Θεόν μου, σας υπογραμμίζω ότι το μείζον μέρος της ως άνω προσπάθειας κατεβλήθη από τους μαχητάς που έφερον και εχρησιμοποίησαν το όπλον των, από τους αγωνιστάς δηλαδή των πρόσω.

Αι πεποιθήσεις μου αυταί, Κύριε Πρύτανη, με αναγκάζουσι να παρακαλέσω υμάς και δι” υμών ένα έκαστον των καθηγητών του Ανωτάτου Εθνικού Ιδρύματος όπως, ανεξαρτήτως του Νομοσχεδίου «περί ευεργετημάτων εις τους στρατευθέντας φοιτητάς», κατά την λίαν προσεχή εξέτασιν τούτων εξαντλήσωσιν παν όριον επιεικείας δια τούς μαχητάς των πρόσω..

Δεν επιθυμώ βέβαια να φτάσωμε εις το άτοπον της αθρόας διανομής διπλωμάτων. Τούτο θα απετέλει πράξιν αντεθνικήν ήν εγώ τουλάχιστον ως εχθρικήν θα απεδεχόμην.

Παρακαλώ συνεπώς και με σαφή στρατιωτικήν γλώσσαν να επιδειχθή επιείκεια απεριόριστος αλλ” εθνική υπό των κ.κ. Καθηγητών του Εθνικού Ιδρύματος εις τους πραγματικούς εργάτας της Εθνικής Προσπάθειας, τους μαχητάς τών πρόσω.

Σας παρακαλώ να δεχθήτε τήν διαβεβαίωσιν της εξαιρέτου υπολήψεως μεθ΄ ής διατελώ. -

Φίλτατε Κύριε Πρύτανι,

Έχω την τιμήν να θέσω υπό την υμετέραν κρίσιν τό κάτωθι ζήτημα, εφ΄ού παρακαλώ νά μοί γνωρίσητε τάς υμετέρας αντιλήψεις.-

Αθρόως υποβάλλονται εις τό υπ΄εμέ Υπουργείον υπομνήματα πολεμιστών φοιτητών διαφόρων Σχολών καί τάξεων αιτούντων διάφορα ευεργετήματα.-

Θα συνφωνήτε υποθέτω μετ΄εμού εις τό ότι εκείνοι οίτινες υπέστησαν τάς κακουχίας καί δεινά τού τελευταίου πολέμου μας εις τας χιονοσκεπείς και παρθένας κορυφάς τών Αλβανικών ορέων, οι αγωνισταί δηλαδή των πρόσω και όχι οι στρατευθέντες γενικώς δικαιούνται να τύχωσι διακρίσεως τινός έναντι εκείνων οίτινες δεν εγκατέλειψαν τήν χλιδήν τών μετόπισθεν. Εκ παραλλήλου όμως δεν πρέπει να μεταπηδήσωμεν εις το άτοπον του να ρίψωμεν εις την Κοινωνίαν ανικάνους άν μή επικινδύνους επιστήμονας. Αι αντιλήψεις μου αύται κύριε Πρύτανι με αναγκάζουσι να σας παρακαλέσω όπως βάσει τούτων ευαρεστηθπήτε και μοί γνωρίσητε ποίον είναι το μέγιστον ευεργέτημα όπερ δέον να παρασχεθή εις τούς μαχητάς φοιτητάς τών πρόσω; Ειδικώτερον κ. Πρύτανι είναι δυνατή η απαλλαγή εκ τών τμηματικών εξετάσεων τών τελειοφήτων ιδία της Ιατρικής οίτινες είχον κάμει έναρξιν τούτων;

Τελικώς χωρίς να θέλω παντάπασιν να υπεισέλθω εις το καθ” υμάς Ίδρυμα και την αρμοδιότητα ετέρου συναδέλφου μου αλλά με μόνην την σκέψιν τής παροχής ευεργετήματος τινός εις τους πολεμιστάς των πρόσω, παρακαλώ όπως ευαρεστηθήτε και μοί γνωρίσητε τάς σχετικάς υμετέρας αντιλήψεις.-

Σας παρακαλώ να δεχθήτε τήν διαβεβαίωσιν των φιλικοτάτων μου αισθημάτων.

τα κρατικά ψεύδη και η Ολυμπιακή

Είναι η λειτουργία της Ο.Α. ελλειμματική;*

Tα τεράστια χρέη του κράτους μετόχου προς την Ο.Α.

1) Από την κρατικοποίησή της το 1975 μέχρι σήμερα το κράτος επιβαρύνει το λειτουργικό κόστος της Ολυμπιακής Αεροπορίας και των Ολυμπιακών Αερογραμμών (αυτές από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2003) με το κόστος της υποχρεωτικής υλοποίησης διαφόρων κυβερνητικών πολιτικών κατά παράβαση της σύμβασης μεταξύ κράτους Ο.Α..

2) Τα χρέη αυτά δεν επιτρεπόταν να καταγράφονται στα βιβλία της Ο.Α. ως κρατικά χρέη 1. Καταγράφονταν όμως ως κόστος της Ο.Α. συνεπώς ως δικό της έλλειμμα.

3) Το ανωτέρω γεγονός τελούσε εν γνώσει της διοίκησης της Ο.Α. η οποία μετά από σχετική επιστολή της 24-3-1994 του τότε Επιτρόπου Μεταφορών της Ε.Ε. Abel Matutes, ανέθεσε στον καθηγητή Ι. Σ. Λαΐνο την εκπόνηση μελέτης που να προσδιορίζει τις οικονομικές δοσοληψίες της Ο.Α. με το κράτος αποκλειστικό μέτοχό της. Η καταληκτική ημερομηνία των υπολογισμών της μελέτης αυτής ήταν η 31-12-1992.

4) Στη μελέτη αυτή αναφέρονται οι εξής πηγές των κρατικών χρεών:

υποτιμολόγηση των κομίστρων του εσωτερικού δικτύου 382

. υποχρεωτική εκχώρηση έκπτωσης σε 20 κατηγορίες επιβατών 109

. οφειλές ΥΠΑ, Δημοσίου κλπ 43

. επιβάρυνση της Ο.Α. λόγω των δωρεάν

προεδρικών και πρωθυπουργικών πτήσεων 7

. επιβάρυνση της Ο.Α. λόγω της υποχρεωτικής

- κατ’ εντολήν των κυβερνήσεων έκπτωση

κατά 97% στα κόμιστρα μεταφοράς των εφημερίδων 30

. επιβάρυνση της Ο.Α. λόγω της υποχρεωτικής

- με αποφάσεις της Βουλής-δωρεάν μεταφοράς

των κομματικών ψηφοφόρων κατά την διάρκεια

των εκλογικών αναμετρήσεων (μόνο το 5% του κόστους

διότι τα άλλα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία είχαν «χαθεί».3) 2,5

Σύνολο 680,5

Η Ο.Α. ήταν και είναι υπερκερδοφόρα (αν το κράτος της επιστρέψει τα χρέη του)

5) Η αρχική μελέτη του 1994 είχε υπολογίσει ότι τα κρατικά χρέη, από το σύνολο των πηγών τους, ανέρχονταν σε ένα 1,2 τρις δρχ. ή 3,529 δις ευρώ

6) Η τελική μελέτη του 1994 – από την οποία αφαιρέθηκαν πολλές κατηγορίες κρατικών χρεών που είχαν συμπεριληφθεί στην αρχική μελέτη – υπολόγισε ότι το ύψος των κρατικών χρεών για το διάστημα 1975-1992 ανήρχετο σε 680,5 δις. Δρχ. (2 δις. Ευρώ).

7) Μεγάλο τμήμα των χρεών αυτών (480 δις. Δρχ. ή 1,411 δις. Ευρώ) συμπεριέλαβε το κράτος στο πρόγραμμα εξυγίανσης που υπέβαλε την 20/5/1994 στην Ε.Ε.

8) Tα σωρευτικά λογιστικά ελλείμματα της Ο.Α. για το χρονικό διάστημα 1975-1992 ήσαν 255 δις. δρχ. ή 750 εκατ. ευρώ. (βλέπε σχετικούς ισολογισμούς)

9) Όμως η Ε.Ε. διαπίστωσε ότι τα ελλείμματα αυτά ήσαν τεχνητά προσαυξημένα από το κράτος με πρόστιμα κ.λπ. κατά 82%. (Απόφαση Ε.Ε. 696/7-10-1994)

10) Συνεπώς τα πραγματικά σωρευτικά λογιστικά ελλείμματα της Ο.Α. την 31-12-1992 ήσαν 140 δις δρχ. και όχι 275 δις. δρχ.

11) Άρα το 1993 έτος κατά το οποίο η Ο.Α. παρεπέμφθη από την κυβέρνηση στην Ε.Ε. ως ευρισκομένη υπό πτώχευση…ήταν κερδοφόρα κατά 480-140= 340 δις. δρχ. ή 1 δις. Ευρώ

12) Μέχρι σήμερα το κράτος συνεχίζει να επιβαρύνει το λειτουργικό κόστος της Ο.Α. με την υλοποίηση διαφόρων πολιτικών του χωρίς να καταβάλλει τουλάχιστον το κόστος και χωρίς η πλειοψηφία των χρεών αυτών να καταγράφεται στα βιβλία της Ο.Α. ως κρατικά χρέη αλλά ως δικό της κόστος, συνεπώς ως δικό της έλλειμμα.

13) Σύμφωνα με πρόσφατη μελέτη4 τα σωρευτικά χρέη του κράτους προς την Ο.Α. μέχρι σήμερα – υπολογίζονται σε τρέχουσες τιμές σε 10 δις ευρώ.

14) Ο κ. Χατζηδάκης διατείνεται ότι τα σωρευτικά λογιστικά ελλείμματα του Ομίλου Ο.Α. της περιόδου 1995-2008 είναι ύψους 2,5 δις. ευρώ (Βουλή 19-9-08)

15) Στα ελλείμματα αυτά συμπεριλαμβάνονται και 700 περίπου εκατομμύρια ευρώ από πρόστιμα προσαυξήσεις και τόκους λόγω αδυναμίας του ομίλου Ο.Α. να ανταποκριθεί στις υποχρεώσεις του. Η αδυναμία όμως αυτή είναι αποτέλεσμα του ότι το κράτος δεν καταβάλλει στην Ο.Α. τα τεράστια χρέη του. Συνεπώς από τα 2,5 δις ευρώ εμφανιζόμενο ως λογιστικό έλλειμμα του ομίλου Ο.Α. πρέπει να αφαιρεθεί η τεχνητή προσαύξησή του (η έκφραση ανήκει στην Ε.Ε. απόφαση 696/7-10-1994) 700 εκατ. ευρώ. 2,5 δις – 700 εκατ. = 1,8 δις. ευρώ

16) Συνεπώς ακόμα και αν ο όμιλος Ο.Α. εμφανίζει σήμερα σωρευτικά λογιστικά ελλείμματα ύψους 1,8 δις. ευρώ και παρά την υπαρκτή και καταστροφική κακοδιαχείρισή του από τις διορισμένες από το μέτοχο διοικήσεις, τα πραγματικά σημερινά οικονομικά αποτελέσματά του είναι : ΚΡΑΤΙΚΑ ΧΡΕΗ 10,0-1,8 «ΕΛΛΕΙΜΜΑΤΑ» = ΚΕΡΔΗ 8,2 δισ. ευρώ και όχι 2,5 δις. ευρώ ελλείμματα όπως ψευδώς διαδίδει ο κ. Χατζηδάκης.

17) Ο κ. Χατζηδάκης έχει πλήρη επίγνωση του ότι η καταβολή των ανωτέρω τεράστιων χρεών του κράτους προς την Ο.Α. θα ανεδείκνυε την αλήθεια ότι δηλαδή ο όμιλος Ο.Α. είναι κερδοφόρος κατά 8,2 δις. ευρώ.

18) Γι’ αυτό ο κ. Χατζηδάκης αρνήθηκε τον διάλογο στους εργαζομένους στην φάση της κατάρτισης του σχεδίου που υπέβαλε στην Ε.Ε. για να κλείσει τον Εθνικό μας Αερομεταφορέα. Επισημαίνεται ότι σε αντίθεση με την πρακτική Χατζηδάκη, τα προγράμματα εξυγίανσης της ΟΑ 1994 και 1998 είχαν κοινοποιηθεί στους εργαζομένους.

19) Γι’ αυτό με επιστολή του προς την Ε.Ε. ο κ. Χατζηδάκης ζήτησε και πέτυχε να μην δημοσιευθούν ως απόρρητα τα οικονομικά στοιχεία που της υπέβαλε για να δικαιολογήσει την πολιτική του επιλογή για κλείσιμο του Εθνικού μας αερομεταφορέα (απόφαση της Ε.Ε. της 17-9-08).

Γράφει ο μεγάλος Αλέξανδρος

“Χθες βράδυ ήμουν σε μια κινηματογραφική προβολή ενός πολύ πρόσφατου ντοκυμαντερ με τον τίτλο “Gaza – Time is not important”. Είχε γυριστεί από το κέντρο μελέτης και Αντιπληροφόρησης για την Μέση Ανατολή MA.D.I.S.A. και περιείχε και συνεντευξεις του επικεφαλής της Χαμάς, Μαχμούντ Ζαχάρ (που έχασε τον γιό του σε μάχη με τους Ισραηλινούς εισβολείς τρεις μέρες μετά τη συνέντευξη) και του εκλεγμένου πρωθυπουργού της Παλαιστινιακής Αρχής Ισμαηλ Χανίγιε, που ανετράπη με το αμερικανοϊσραηλινής έμπνευσης πραξικόπημα του Αμπάς, όπως επαναβεβαιώθηκε και πρόσφατα με το αποκαλυπτικό άρθρο του Vanity Fair.

Ενταξει, οι άνθρωποι είναι ισλαμιστές, όμως είναι απόλυτα λογικοί και ρεαλιστές, έντιμοι μαχητές, ενωτικοί δίπλα και μέσα στο λαό τους, στον πόνο του, στην αγωνία του, στην δυστυχία του αλλά και στην πίστη του για μια ελεύθερη Παλαιστίνη, είδα και στοιχεία εξισωτισμού που με συγκίνησαν.

Από σκηνές απίστευτης φρίκης αλλο τίποτα, από τον στρατιωτικό επικεφαλής της Τζιχάντ που κτύπησε πύραυλος από ελικόπτερο Απάτσι στο αυτοκίνητο του, κηδέψανε μια χούφτα σάρκες.. Μωρά, παιδία, έφηβοι κομμάτια στα νοσοκομεία που καταρρέουν, οι γειτονιές, άμορφοι όγκοι από μπάζα και σκουπίδια, παιδιά ξυπόλητα, βρωμικα να παιζουν μεσ την σκόνη και τα λύματα, είναι απίστευτο το πως έχουν καταντήσει την ζωή (;) αυτών των ανθρώπων, καταλαβαίνεις γιατί κάποιοι απο αυτούς φοράνε τα εκρηκτικά και ανατινάζονται στις ισραηλινές αγορές ή στα τσεκπόιντς..

Χθες, την ωρα που εμείς βλέπαμε την ταινία, μερικές εκατοντάδες χιλιομετρά νοτιότερα στην Δυτική Όχθη, ο Ριάντ – ο μικρότερος αδελφός του παλαιστίνιου φίλου μου, πατέρας τεσσάρων παιδιών, στο επάγγελμα αγρότης – εχασε πρόσφατα και το καμάρι χωράφι του με τις απίστευτες ροδακινιές, του το’φαγε το τείχος του αίσχους- αλλά και σιδεράς και υδραυλικός και ηλεκτρολόγος και κτίστης, είχε πάει επίσκεψη σε φιλικό σπίτι μερικά τετράγωνα πιο πάνω από το σπίτι του. Η πόλη τους πριν δυό μέρες είχε καταληφθεί πλήρως από ισραηλινούς στρατιώτες σε μια απο τις τακτικές μηνιαίες καταλήψεις των παλαιστινιακών πόλεων από τον ισραηλινό στρατό για λόγους ειδικού ή γενικού τσαμπουκα – ειδικού τσαμπουκά, όταν με καρφωτή περικυκλωνουν τα σπίτια κάποιων αγωνιστών, τους κυνηγούν και τους σκοτώνουν και μετά ανατινάζουν και τα σπίτια τους και γενικου τσαμπουκά, έτσι “για να θυμώνται ποιοι είμαστε και ποιοι είναι”..

Για κάποιο λόγο όμως ή και χωρίς κανένα λόγο, οι Ισραηλινοί κύρηξαν ξαφνικά απαγόρευση κυκλοφορίας το απόγευμα μέχρι την άλλη μέρα το πρωϊ (το ανακοινώνουν συνήθως γυρίζοντας σ όλη την πόλη με θωρακισμένα τζίπ με μεγάφωνα που ουρλιάζουν στα αραβικά και στα ..εβραϊκα). Τον πήρε λοιπόν η γυναίκα του, που τον ξέρει, και του είπε να κοιμηθεί εκεί και να μην προσπαθήσει να γυρίσει στο σπίτι. Αυτός συμφώνησε. Έλα ομως που το παιδάκι της διπλανής οικογένειας, έπαθε μια φοβερή κρίση επιληψίας εκει που βρισκόταν και έπρεπε να το πάνε στο νοσοκομείο. Μαζεύτηκε λοιπόν όλη η γειτονιά έξω από το σπίτι του παιδιού και ψάχνανε για αυτοκίνητο. Ηταν καμμια 15αρια άτομα, για κακή τους τύχη όμως εκείνη την ώρα περνούσε ισραηλινή περίπολος, τους είπαν να μπούν αμέσως στα σπίτια τους, οι άλλοι τους έδειχναν το παιδί που ήταν αναισθητο, οι ισραηλινοί δεν καταλάβαιναν τίποτα, κατέβηκαν από τα οχήματα και παρατάχτηκαν, η γειτονιά τα πήρε στο κρανίο και άρχιζε να φωνάζει και να βρίζει, οι ισραηλινοί πέταξαν δακρυγόνα, η γειτονιά πέταξε πέτρες και οι Ισραηλινοί τους πυροβολήσαν στα κεφάλια με πλαστικές σφαίρες από τα 30 μέτρα, αποτέλεσμα 5 στο νοσοκομείο ό ένας πολύ σοβαρά. Ο Ριάντ στάθηκε τυχερός, η σφαίρα απλώς μπήκε από το κάτω χείλος και του ξεκόλλησε 6 δόντια. Ξύπνησε στο νοσοκομείο, συνολικά μέσα και έξω απ το στόμα 10 ράμματα.”
